Checkmate

O U T F I T
Tank: Asos, Jumper: Pull and Bear, Jacket: Miss Selfridge, Skort, Necklace, Bag & Heels: Zara.

Today marked my first day back to College after a whole year off and it feels so good to be back. When I first found out I had to take some time off I really thought it was the worst thing that could possibly happen, but now it feels like it was the best thing! I'm so eager to get started again and can't wait to give my final year everything.

Along with being a full-time student, I will be balancing two part-time jobs; my internship with RSVP Magazine as well as continue to work for Pull and Bear at the weekends. It's going to be pretty full-on, and I know I tend to let my blog posts slip when I get busy but I really want to be as consistent as possible. It's going to be a lot but I will be so proud of myself if I can manage to balance it all. At the end of the day, all of this is working towards my end goal of being a fashion journalist so the chaos will be so worth it.

It's starting to get a little cooler these days and I'm enjoying the layering opportunities. I like how the slight edge to this outfit is toned down with a dressy necklace and lady-like handbag. Also, how fab is this background pattern? Love it.

Jump

O U T F I T
Jumpsuit: Topshop,Shoes & Belt: Zara, Blazer: H&M,Bag: A-Wear

I know I know, I fell behind AGAIN on my blog posts, will I ever change? At this point it doesn't look like it; you'll just have to accept me for the lazy bi-otch that I am.

Anyway, I've had this jumpsuit for ages and have been dying to get it on the blog. I have gotten countless wears out of it over the summer, the lightweight silk is so comfortable and it can easily transition from day to night.

These are my most recent heel purchase from Zara and I love them. I put them off for some time as I wasn't too keen on the strap of leather at the front. I had wanted lace up heels for a long time and envisioned a complete tie up lace, but after lots of pondering back and forth I chose to look over the small flaw and I'm glad I did.

The last picture is a little odd compared to the others, I just feel my posts can sometimes look so serious and usually my favourite pictures are the in-between shots that look so much more natural.
